Online pre-registration opens May 22, 2026 at 5:00 PM MDT at Livelaps.com — look for the JTB Racing Logo. Make sure your LiveLaps account and AMA Membership are up to date before registration opens.

RMEC Reserved Row Holders will be pre-imported. Reserved spots not paid up by June 12th at 5pm will be released to the public.

Pre-printed numbers available with all entries. All riders receive a free T-shirt. Hats available for purchase.

The Course

Elevation ranges from 8,800 to 13,000 feet — come pre-jetted. There is no jetting loop on site. Expect rocks, trees, ruts, water crossings, and stunning views. Bring a rain jacket in your hydration pack.

Gas stops available at 45 miles max. Your bike must be able to go 45 miles between stops. Bring 2 gas cans.

Day 1 — July 18

  • A/B Riders: 6 tests, 105–110 miles
  • C Riders: 5 tests, 90–93 miles
  • Riders meeting 6:30 AM
  • Key time 8:00 AM

Day 2 — July 19

  • A/B Riders: 6 tests, 95 miles
  • C Riders: 4 tests, 86 miles
  • Riders meeting 6:30 AM
  • Key time 8:00 AM

Start Format

  • 4 riders per row
  • 1 row every minute
  • Special tests: 1 rider every 15 seconds
  • Reliability format — unknown test locations & lengths

You will go through tech inspection BEFORE registration. Pre-printed tech inspection cards will be handed out. Your bike must be clean upon arrival. LiveLaps RFID Helmet Transponders available on site for $15.

Bike Requirements

  • USFS Spark Arrestor required
  • Bike must be clean upon arrival
  • Must travel 45 miles on a tank
  • Come pre-jetted for high altitude

Camp Rules

  • $10 gate fee (covers land rent)
  • Camping is free — bring your own water
  • 10 PM generator curfew — strictly enforced
  • Absolutely NO pit riding — we are in town

Directions

Travel on US-160 to South Fork, Colorado. As you arrive in town, follow US-160 past Highway 149. Turn onto the west frontage road just west of Vista Street, then continue west until you see the flags and entrance to the venue.

We are west of the post office 1 block, directly behind the 8200 Mountain Sports Fly Shop.

Workers Needed

We need approximately 80 workers for the weekend. Without enough workers, this event will be shortened with a reduced number of tests.

RMEC members — this is your chance to earn worker points or eligibility. Work 1 non-race day (Friday or Monday) + 1 race day and you can race a day AND earn your worker points. Or work both race days and give back to the sport.
